Please read everything in my terms of service before commissioning me! By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.

The rules below apply to any art created by me that I post on any site.

Main Rules:

-I have the right to use any of the artworks that I create however I wish/see fit.
-I do not allow commercial use of my art. This means reselling my art on anything. (Unless permission is given.)
- I do not allow re-uploads of my art without my permission. (This does not include toyhou.se if you are the owner of the character(s) depicted in my art.)
-I do not allow edits of my art without permission!

-Do not trace/steal!-I will not do NSFW, FETISH OR VORE ART there is no acceptations. -I only do furries -as of 7/11/2021 anyone who commissions me is a cutie

Payments:

-I accept PayPal and now a cash app in GBP (British pound sterling)
-Always send the payment before I start your commission (There may be exceptions to this.)
-Once you confirm you will be paying with PayPal, I will message you with my PayPal email to send the funds over. (This must also be paid before I start your commission.)

Other rules when commissioning me:

-No refunds unless I can't complete the commission
-I can give a refund at any time if I cannot do the commission.
-All commissions that I do will be uploaded to my site, Twitter and Instagram and will always include my signature!
-The commissioner is not allowed to cover, blur, hide or erase my signature for any reason!
-Please do not ask for a time estimate on your commission they will take time I'm quite busy (Asking for an update is completely fine!)
-I have the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable with it for any reason.

Adopt rules:

-Never claim that you designed the character.
-Always credit my toyhou.se if you upload said character(s) there.
-You do not need to credit me every time you draw the character.
-Credit me on all reference sheets created for the character(s) I have designed for you. (You do not have to credit me when drawing the character after this if you don't want to!)
-I do not offer refunds on adopts or customs.
-Do not use the character(s) that I have designed to make a profit.
-If you no longer want the character(s) anymore, you may trade or gift them. Do not resell my designs.

Reuploads:

-Only I, the commissioner and the owner of characters in my art are allowed to upload my art (of course with credit.)
-I do not allow anyone to claim they created my art.
-As do I not claim the characters depicted in my art (if they are not my own.)

Credit:

ALWAYS credit me when re-uploading my art.
